WHY I STARTED THIS
I left Microsoft
to open a quiet pizza place.
But at night,
my mind just wouldn’t stop.
Self-hypnosis helped me breathe again.
No pressure. No goal. Just a moment for myself.At first, I was recording just for me.
Now I do it for others too —
those who move forward with their eyes open,
but sometimes with a tired heart.I’m not a therapist. I’m not a guru.
The only roles I proudly embrace are these:
— a dad rediscovering life with two little boys,
— a first-time restaurant owner who just wants to share good pizza and good moments,
